Appointment Policy

Regular office hours are from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and every other Saturday 9:00 am – 12:00 pm.

All visits are by appointment only. Sick visits and well care are scheduled separately. Please call for an appointment between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm. Calls for appointments that come in after 3:00 p.m. will be given an appointment for the following day.

There are limited numbers of well checkups scheduled each day. You will need to set these up well in advance. In the busy winter months, it can be four to six weeks before a check-up space is available.

The office is open every other Saturday from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm for emergencies only. We do not schedule Saturday appointments in advance. On the Saturdays when the office is closed, Creekside Pediatrics in Douglasville will be open to see children who have urgent problems.

Non emergent calls should be made during regular office hours.

Emergency calls after hours will be handled by an experienced phone nurse from our practice. If the nurse is unable to provide the assistance that is necessary, the call will be forwarded to the physician on call.

When calling, please have the following information available:

After you have placed the call to the doctor after hours, please leave your telephone line open and the ringer turned on. This will assist us in answering your call quickly.
